To receive any
apologies for absence, including notifications of any changes to
the membership of the Committee.

To confirm as a
correct record the Minutes of the Health and Wellbeing Board held
on 12 December 2024.

For
reference: Having declared their non pecuniary interest Members
may remain in the meeting and speak and, vote on the matter in
question.  A completed disclosure of
interests form should be returned to the Clerk before the
conclusion of the meeting.

For
reference: Where a Member has a disclosable pecuniary interest he/she must leave
the meeting during consideration of the item.  However, the Member may remain in the meeting to
make representations, answer questions or give evidence if the
public have a right to do so, but having done so the Member must
then immediately leave the meeting, may not vote and must not
improperly seek to influence the outcome of the matter.  A completed disclosure of interests form should be
returned to the Clerk before the conclusion of the
meeting.

To consider a report that monitors the
delivery of the Torbay Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

To consider a report
that provides an update on the Torbay suicide prevention action
plan 2024-27 and a proposal to develop a One Devon Integrated Care
System suicide prevention action plan.

To consider a report on the Joint Forward Plan
(JFP) 2025–30 which sets out how the NHS Devon Integrated
Care Board (ICB) and its partners will deliver the One Devon
Integrated Care Strategy over the next five years.

To consider the Torbay
and South Devon Inequalities Strategy.

To note a verbal
update on the above.
