To confirm as a
correct record the minutes of the Annual meeting of the Council and
Adjourned Annual meeting of the Council held on 15 May 2025.

For reference:  Having
declared their non pecuniaryinterest members may remain in the meeting
and speak and, vote on the matter in question.  A completed disclosure of interests form should be
returned to the Clerk before the conclusion of the
meeting.

For reference:  Where a Member
has a disclosable pecuniary interest
he/she must leave the meeting during consideration of the
item.  However, the Member may remain in
the meeting to make representations, answer questions or give
evidence if the public have a right to do so, but having done so
the Member must then immediately leave the meeting, may not vote
and must not improperly seek to influence the outcome of the
matter.  A completed disclosure of
interests form should be returned to the Clerk before the
conclusion of the meeting.

Support or Legal Services prior to the meeting.)

To receive any
communications or announcements from the Civic Mayor, the Leader of
the Council, the Overview and Scrutiny Co-ordinator or the Chief
Executive.

To respond to the
submitted questions asked under Standing Order A12.

To consider the
recommendation of Cabinet and a report that seeks approval to
proceed with the acquisition of four residential properties.

To consider the
recommendations of Cabinet and a report that provides a high-level
budget summary of the Council’s revenue and capital position
for the financial year 2024/25 based on the final outturn position
for the year ended 31st March 2025.

To consider the
recommendations of Cabinet a report that sets out a requirement to
amend the current Employer Pension Discretions to introduce a
Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution arrangement.

To consider a report
that sets out a review of the political balance of the Council to
ensure places on Committees and Council appointed Working Parties
are allocated in accordance with the relevant statutory and
Constitutional requirements.

To
encourage more people to engage in our public meetings the Council

addition to recording the meetings and publishing the recording on
