The US-Israeli war against Iran has entered its sixth week.

It comes as US and Iranian delegations begin peace negotiations in Pakistan, with Donald Trump insisting that Tehran is “losing big” as talks aim to extend a fragile ceasefire.

Veteran Mike Lyons, a retired U.S. Army Major and combat veteran of the Gulf War, said the conflict in Iran has so far been a resounding success.

Hussein Banai, professor of International Studies at Indiana University, remarked that changing  Iran’s regime was “never going to take place in the manner that Washington had hoped.”
