Police bodycam footage captured the moment a 13-year-old girl kidnapped from Georgia was rescued by officers at a Jacksonville motel room.
After being taken in Georgia and brought more than 130 miles to Jacksonville, investigators tracked the girl’s location to a Philips Highway motel, police say.
Jacksonville’s SWAT team joined the FBI and Georgia Bureau of Investigation in a coordinated operation to rescue the young teenager on 16 July.
A 42-year-old man, who attempted to escape, was arrested by police.
