Footage has captured the moment a wild brawl broke out at a junior football match, with one man taken to hospital.
The scuffle erupted following an under-18s match between The Oaks Tigers and Campbelltown Collegians at Dudley Chesham Sports Ground at The Oaks, in south-west Sydney, on Sunday.
Vision shared by 2GB shows punches being thrown by several people as bystanders called for the brawlers to stop.
A 71-year-old man is later seen sitting up against a car with blood seeping out of the top of his head.
The incident has now seen both the Campbelltown Collegians and The Oaks Tigers teams be stood down.
A NSW Police spokesman has told The Daily Mail an investigation has been launched into the matter.
‘On Sunday (19 July 2026), police were called to a sports oval in The Oaks, following reports of a brawl at a rugby match,’ he said.
‘Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command attended and were told a fight broke out between spectators and players.

‘During the brawl several people were injured; however, only one man – aged 71 – was taken to hospital for further treatment.
‘Police spoke to several people involved in the incident before the dispersing the group. Investigations into the incident are continuing.’
Social media users slammed the brawlers.
‘Break down in civil society and lack of good morals,’ one said.
‘So much anger in this country,’ another added.
‘If you want to fight go join an MMA gym,’ a third suggested.
