A 21-year-old man has been stabbed during a brawl on a suburban street.
Officers were called to reports of a “disturbance involving a group of men fighting” on Moorside Road in Flixton, Trafford, at about 23:30 BST on Saturday, Greater Manchester Police said.
The man was taken to hospital with knife wounds and is in a serious but stable condition.
The force said no arrests had yet been made and appealed for any witnesses or anyone with video footage to come forward.
