With the World Cup 2026 now in full swing, football fans without flights booked to Mexico, the US, and Canada have been choosing which pub, bar or screen is best set to cheer on their team.

On Saturday, Norway plays England in the quarter finals, when fleets of fans will be heading to their local sports bars and pubs to try and secure a spot where they can soak up the atmosphere perhaps with a pint, vino or cocktail in-hand.

Tables and private bookings are filling up fast so if you want to guarantee a seat somewhere then it’s best to book ahead of time. Don’t worry if you don’t manage to get a booking as plenty of pubs will take walk-ins and have standing areas – just make sure to check ahead.

With the game kicking off at 10pm in the UK, supporters may be looking to stay closer to home for their slice of the action. It’s also worth noting that pubs will also be allowed to stay open until 2am, now that England has reached the knock-out stages.

From local London watering holes to giant fan zone screens, here’s where to go to catch the best of the action.
