Structured support for social enterprises to define impact, strengthen measurement and meet funder expectations

Theory of Change is a support programme designed to help organisations refine their strategic focus, improve impact measurement, and meet the growing expectations of funders and investors.

What the programme includes

The programme is delivered through a staged process designed to build a clear and practical impact framework

  • introductory call to explore current work, organisational goals, and key challenges
  • analysis of current state, including review of existing data, systems, processes, and frameworks
  • findings summary outlining key insights and shared with the leadership team
  • full-day in-person workshop to define impact metrics
  • finalised framework tailored to the organisation, including refined impact measurement tools
  • online handover session to present final tools and support implementation planning

Eligibility criteria

Organisations should meet specific requirements to ensure readiness for the programme, including

  • be a registered or incorporated social enterprise
  • have been trading for at least 2 years
  • demonstrate senior leadership buy-in to engage with the process
  • be willing to share relevant internal data and frameworks on a confidential basis

Organisations are invited to express their interest to Theory of Change by Friday 31 July 2026.
