This assessment aims to shape action plans for local businesses for the next three years
The Ards and North Down Labour Market Partnership is currently conducting a strategic assessment to shape action plans for the next three years.
The assessment reviews local employability outcomes and current labour market conditions.
The aim of the survey is to
- identify challenges facing the local workforce
- outline priorities that need to be addressed
- identify gaps in the local workforce
Local businesses are encouraged to complete the survey to help design effective projects and develop the Labour Market Partnership Action Plan for 2027-2030.
Responses will be collated and analysed at scale, and feedback will remain anonymous in reporting.
The survey closes on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
