DoorDash has been hit with an outage as more than 36,000 users reported issues with the delivery service on Tuesday morning.

“We’re aware of an issue affecting our platform and are working urgently to resolve it. We thank our users for their patience and understanding, and apologize for any inconvenience,” DoorDash wrote on X.

Reports on DownDetector, a website that tracks outage reports, peaked at around 10:30 a.m. ET.

They had started to fall by 11:15 a.m. but users are still reporting issues with the app.

DoorDash has yet to release an updated statement.
