Is Myles Garrett already getting comfortable in Los Angeles? The newest member of the LA Rams was pictured behind his SoCal girlfriend Chloe Kim on her Instagram page in the couple’s first post since his trade from the Cleveland Browns.
While Kim sports sunglasses and flashes a ‘peace’ sign, the grinning Garrett is seen standing behind the Olympic gold medalist in what appears to be the foyer of an LA home.
What’s more, Garrett is holding the notorious Trader Joe’s tote bag in his right hand. The supermarket chain does exist in Cleveland, but got its start outside Los Angeles, where the bag has become something of a status symbol among young professionals.
Given those clues, it’s likely the picture was taken in Kim’s LA residence.
The Rams were already among several Super Bowl favorites before acquiring the All-Pro edge rusher for defensive end Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-rounder and a 2029 third-round selection.
What’s more, the addition of Garrett has sparked rumors of a potential comeback for 35-year-old Aaron Donald, a legendary defensive tackle who was a key figure in LA’s Super Bowl LVI victory in 2022.

But while Rams fans are enthusiastic about the move, others have suggested it was Kim who pushed for Garrett to be traded to her hometown.
‘Chloe Kim said you better move to LA, I’m not going to Cleveland,’ one user wrote on X.
‘Chloe Kim, Myles Garrett’s girlfriend had [an] influence in this trade,’ another posted.
A third admitted they ‘can’t prove it’ but still know she had ‘something to do with this.’
At his Rams unveiling on Tuesday, Garrett explained that his dad is from LA before delving into his girlfriend’s ties to the city.
‘Chloe,’ he said, ‘her being from here and us being in the same city is obviously something that I love and appreciate.’
Garrett and Kim have been dating for just over a year now after first being linked romantically in May 2025.

The NFL star recently supported his girlfriend at the Winter Olympics, making the trip to Italy from the San Francisco Bay Area to watch her miss out on a halfpipe threepeat in agonizing fashion.
Garrett has recorded an astonishing 51 sacks over the last three seasons alone, the most of any player in the NFL. And last year, he became the first player to have 12 sacks in six straight seasons.
The Rams previously already traded for Pro Bowl cornerback Trent McDuffie from the Kansas City Chiefs and signed one of his former teammates, fellow cornerback Jaylen Watson, to a three-year $51 million deal.
After losing to the Super Bowl-champion Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship, the Rams will open their 2026 season against another division rival, the San Francisco 49ers, in Melbourne, Australia on September 10.
