Who it is for
This programme is open to developers and property owners.
Applicants must be trading for at least three years and be able to provide annual accounts for the past two years.
Grade A office development can include proposals for new build, redevelopments, or multi-use schemes.
- Redevelopment In light of reducing environmental impact and addressing sustainability goals, the scheme will prioritise proposals that aim to re-develop existing site and properties, including those that are currently derelict.
- New Build Proposals for the development of a new office space that meet Grade A standards.
- Multi-use schemes Support will only be available for costs related to the construction of Grade A office space.

The Grade A Office Development Grant Scheme supports
- Pure Office Developments – Dedicated, state-of-the-art corporate hubs.
- Multi-Use Spaces – Innovative mixed-use developments that integrate quality office space with residential, retail, or leisure components.
- New build developments or revitalization of derelict properties/sites – The repurposing of derelict properties
Successful applicants can access a share of a £3 million dedicated budget and play a pivotal role in delivering quality office space, creating high-value jobs, and fostering a vibrant community within Newry City Centre.
