Zohran Mamdani has signed an executive order repealing New York City children’s bedtimes for the duration of the Knicks NBA Finals run.
The Big Apple mayor was joined at City Hall by a group of excited youngsters on Monday (June 1) as he signed the document to celebrate his beloved team making it to the season finale and the children added hand prints to make it official.
Mamdani also announced a series of watch parties across the city.
The Knicks, who last played in the finals in 1999, take on the San Antonio Spurs in Game 1 on Wednesday (June 3) in Texas.
