Arsenal will start their Premier League trophy parade at 2pm on Sunday May 31.

The celebration has been pencilled in for less than 24 hours after their Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain finishes.

The Gunners’ 22-year wait for the league title was ended on Tuesday night after Bournemouth drew to Manchester City, giving the north London club an unassailable lead at the top.

If they are able to overcome PSG next Saturday, Arsenal will have two trophies to show off in what would be the greatest season in the club’s 140-year history.

Arsenal’s parade plans from two seasons ago started at the Emirates Stadium, with a bus travelling along Drayton Park, Aubert Park, Highbury Grove, St Paul’s Road, Upper Street and back to the stadium.

A route for this year’s potential parade has not been confirmed yet, but is again expected to start and finish at the stadium.

Arsenal’s fans will be able to celebrate their side just hours after their Champions League final

Mikel Arteta’s team won’t return to England from Budapest until the early hours of the morning on May 31, with fans also facing the same dilemma of racing back home in time.

The tight schedule is due to the short turnaround for players to join their countries for the World Cup.

Thomas Tuchel’s England squad are due to meet up on Monday June 1 before flying to the United States, with Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Eberechi Eze, Noni Madueke and Ben White among those who could be included.
