  • Accolade has come at local event

Indi Cleary, the older sister of Panther star Nathan Cleary, has dazzled in a dance competition to show that talent runs in the family.

The popular business owner, and podcast host has won big at a dance event, in a fundraiser which was held to collect donations for the Cancer Council.

Both Indi’s brother Nathan, and her father Ivan, and mother Bec saw Indi in action on stage.

Nathan and Ivan’s effort was especially impressive, given they completed a mad dash from Allianz Stadium after the Penrith Panthers’ dominant win over the Roosters.

Indi Cleary is the founder of ‘Empower Her’, a women’s networking group in Penrith, which meets frequently to empower business women to reach new heights.

She also hosts the ‘Beyond Barriers’ podcast, which focuses on telling difficult real-world stories.

Nathan and Ivan Cleary have since enjoyed a successful start to the 2026 season, with Penrith going undefeated in the first three rounds.

Saturday’s clash is the Panthers’ first this season at CommBank Stadium, where they will continue playing home games until Penrith Stadium’s refurbishment finishes in time for the 2027 campaign.

The Panthers lost their first three games at their adoptive home last season but are feeling more assured this season.

‘We probably underestimated how different it would be at the start of last season but towards the end of the season we started to play some really good footy there,’ Cleary said.
