HBO has dropped the first trailer for the upcoming Harry Potter series, giving the first glimpse of Harry (Dominic McLaughlin), Hermoine (Arabella Stanton) and Ron (Alastair Stout).
The first season – Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone – will be released at Christmas 2026. It is the first of seven series which will adapt each of JK Rowling’s seven iconic books.
The two-minute trailer, first premiered at a press event on Wednesday (25 March) in London, also revealed a glimpse of the highly anticipated portrayals of iconic characters like John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore and Paapa Essiedu as Professor Severus Snape.
