Event that puts ‘Your College on Your Doorstep’

Belfast Metropolitan College is hosting a networking breakfast for local small and medium-sized businesses to mark World Creativity & Innovation Day 2026.

The event, taking place on 21 April 2026, will show businesses how to access fully funded programmes, technical expertise and skills development through further education colleges. It will cover innovation support such as prototyping, product development, process improvement and digital adoption.

Attendees will also learn about funding options including through InnovateUs, Innovation Vouchers, Connected Learning and Productivity Boosters programmes. The college will also share success stories from Northern Ireland businesses that have grown through college-led innovation projects.

This breakfast event is aimed at business owners, directors, production managers and operations leads from established SMEs, as well as support organisations. Breakfast is available from 830am, with free car parking on campus.
