Short survey to build a clearer regional and sectoral picture of how prepared businesses are for succession

Businesses across Northern Ireland are being invited to take part in a short survey examining how prepared companies are for ownership succession.

Employee Ownership Ireland is engaging with business organisations across the region to build a clearer picture of how businesses are planning for the future and what support or information may be needed.

If you own or lead a business in Northern Ireland, you are encouraged to take five minutes to complete the survey and ensure your company is represented in the findings.

All completed entries with an email address provided will be entered into a draw for a £200 voucher for Killeavy Castle.

The survey closes on Wednesday 25 March 2026.

Complete the Employee Ownership Ireland Survey.

Employee Ownership Ireland Roadshow

Employee Ownership Ireland is also hosting a free roadshow at The MAC in Belfast at 930am on Tuesday 24 March 2026, bringing together advisers and business leaders to discuss practical approaches to succession planning.
