Bethenny Frankel feels “sick to her stomach” over her chronic kidney disease taking a “step in the wrong direction.”

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, who shared her stage 2 diagnosis last month, told her Instagram followers on Thursday that she “actually [has] stage 3A.”

The Bravolebrity, 55, noted that this is “right in the middle [and] not quite at medication point” — although Frankel’s doctor has told her, “Water is your medicine.”

The former reality star said that the advice gave her “anxiety because [she’s] always dehydrated.”

Frankel added that the disease “can fluctuate” and her doctor doesn’t want her to “totally be alarmed,” but instead to “come back and get tested in a couple months.”

The Skinnygirl creator worked to “remain … calm” while encouraging other social media users to “please get tested.”

She railed against “supplements everyone is being pushed and sold,” insisting consumers should not be “running to do everything.”

Frankel said, “Make sure your doctor knows about [what you’re taking] because some things can affect different parts of your body on different people different. It’s not really a one-size-fits-all model.

“It’s important to get tests and stay with this stuff because you’ll find other things,” she continued, noting that a “liver nodule” had been discovered in her latest sonogram.

Frankel hit back at a commenter requesting she “slow down on the caviar.”

She clarified, “That’s fine for me. My [blood pressure] is very low.”

She blamed her condition on either an autoimmune disease or a “traumatic experience [she] had years ago when [she] almost died from an allergy attack.”

Earlier that same month, the “Bethenny Ever After” alum opened up about the facial bacterial infection she contracted in St. Barts.

“I will never, ever use a hotel towel or sheet again,” she declared via TikTok. “You’re welcome.”
