NBC anchor speaks out about Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance
NBC Nightly News anchor Tom Llamas called on the public to pray for and help Savannah Guthrie’s family as they search for her 84-year-old mother, Nancy Guthrie.
“Savannah has shared that it was her mother who taught her the power of prayer, the types of prayers that make you get on your knees and pray for God’s protection,” Llamas said during his broadcast Tuesday. “Savannah and her family need your prayers tonight. They also need your help.”

Sheriff’s department shares QR code for tips
Pima County Sheriff’s Department has shared a QR code people can use to share information on the case.
Posting on X, Sheriff Chris Nanos said they urge anyone with tips to come forward.
To use the code, you can scan it with your phone’s camera.

Yesterday, Savannah Guthrie took to Instagram to thank supporters for their “prayers” amid the search for her mom, Nancy.
Describing her mother as a “woman of deep conviction,” she asked for her fans to continue to pray for her mother to be returned home.
“Thank you for lifting your prayers with ours for our beloved mom, our dearest Nancy, a woman of deep conviction, a good and faithful servant,” she wrote. “Raise your prayers with us and believe with us that she will be lifted by them in this very moment. we need you.”

Police found Nancy’s personal effects at her home, a source said

Nancy Guthrie’s ID, purse, keys and phone were all found at her home by police.
A source told The Daily Mail that this is suggestive that Nancy did not leave the property willing.
“Her stuff was left behind at the house: keys, ID, purse, phone. Everything,” a close friend of the family told the newspaper. “It’s not a situation where she voluntarily went away, because she didn’t take any of the things you would normally take if you voluntarily went out.”
The source added that Savannah Guthrie, the star of the Today show, also “doesn’t believe that her mom just went out of her own accord.”

Ring doorbell was removed at Nancy Guthrie’s house

A Ring doorbell at Nancy Guthrie’s home was “removed,” according to authorities.
The popular home security brand’s cameras often attached to doorframes and can be used to keep track of people outside of people’s houses.
Like many people, Nancy was the owner of such a device but the camera was missing when police arrived at her home on Saturday, the PCSO said in an email seen by Fox News.
The location of the camera remains unknown.
