Evangeline Lily gave an update on her treatment plan after suffering a traumatic brain injury.

The “Lost” star, 46, took to Instagram on Sunday, sharing how she was “restor[ing her] brain health.”

“I have spent a lot of money getting evaluated and getting targeted, expert advice on how to heal my brain 🧠 ,” she noted in a video, acknowledging that “not everyone can afford to do this.”

“This advice was for me specifically and may not be the exact right path for everyone. I am not a doctor nor an authority on any of this. But in the absence of affordable medical care in this country, I am sharing some of the advice [given] to me.”

In her video, Lily explained the different supplements she had been taking to “remedy the deficiencies in [her] brain at the moment,” listing N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) and creatine as part of her morning routine. She also takes Resveratrol, Curcumin and Omega-3s with her lunch and Coenzyme Q10 with dinner.

“I consider myself one of the extremely fortunate people in this country who can take care of my body the way it needs to be taken care of without money getting in the way of that,” she further acknowledged.

In May 2025, the “Hobbit” actress showed off the gruesome injuries she sustained after fainting on a rocky beach.

“I fainted at the beach. And fell face first into a boulder,” she wrote in a Substack essay at the time, including photos of her bruised and lacerated nose, mouth and chin. She also appeared to have dislodged a front tooth in the graphic photos.

As a consequence of her fall and concussion, Lily also suffered brain damage, as she revealed earlier this year.

“Verdict’s in… I do have brain damage from my (traumatic brain injury). Comforting to know my cognitive decline isn’t just peri-menopause, discomforting to know what an uphill battle it will be to try to reverse the deficiencies,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

“Thank you all for always asking, for always caring, and for your continued prayers 🌺.”

“I do have brain damage from the TBI and possibly other factors going on,” she admitted.
