It’s set to be the horniest Fall in New York City since records began.

First we heard that Harry Styles is set to perform a prolonged residency at Madison Square Garden.

And now we’ve learned that Channing Tatum is preparing to announced that he’s bringing the stage production of male-stripper phenomenon “Magic Mike” to Times Square.

Shirtless sources tell Page Six that the show — which has already raised the humidity levels in London and Las Vegas — will be at the one-time Copacabana building at 47th Street and 8th Avenue, starting in October.

We’re told that producers are tearing the interior apart as we speak at the cost of millions of dollars to make it into an authentic strip club that will transform into a nightclub after the final curtain.

Apparently Tatum is planning to reveal the news tomorrow on the “Today” show.

Insiders say the actor may even take the stage himself for a very limited run. (He’s made cameos in the London version of the stage show, based on the movie which had sequels “Magic Mike XXL” and “Magic Mike’s Last Dance.”)

It’s been a long time coming. Tatum, who produced the movie based on his own experience as a stripper in Florida, announced on social media in 2013 that the show was “headed to Broadway.”

But a West End show — written by Reid Carolin, who penned the screenplay — opened first in 2018 and is still running now.

Apparently the show will be in the building that once housed the famed Copacabana nightclub. WireImage

The show is only now making its way to New York, some 13 years after Tatum’s first said it was on its way.

(And technically it’s off-Broadway — but who’s counting when there’s all those abs to ogle).
