Funding for the purchase of equipment for groups delivering community events.

This scheme closes at midday on Friday 6 February 2026.

Who it is for

Applicants must

  • be a properly constituted community or voluntary sector group
  • be based within the local ABC Council area
  • be operated on a not-for-profit basis
  • have an established history of running community events within the Borough

In addition

  • events must be held within the Council area
  • equipment must be from the designated list

Support you can get

Funding covers

  • crowd control barriers
  • event waste bins
  • tables and chairs
  • staging
  • generators
  • gazebos
  • marquees
  • marquee lighting

Funding up to £5,000 is available (100% funded).
