The Pittsburgh Steelers decided they needed all the help they could get going into their do or die game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night.
And it seems they may have had a helping hand from above after NBC captured the moment a local priest blessed the field with holy water before kickoff.
Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers went on to book their place in the Wild Card round with a nerve-shredding 26-24 victory over the Ravens, who were dumped out of playoff contention.
But the Ravens were on the cusp of victory, needing rookie kicker Tyler Loop to convert a game-winning field goal from 44 yards to progress.
Instead, Loop made a complete mess of the kick and pushed it way right to spark wild scenes among the Steelers fans in the stands.
But, in an eerie turn of events, Loop’s missed kick took place at the same end that the priest was seen blessing in the hours before kickoff.

After their prayers were answered, the Steelers will surely ask the priest back for next Monday’s showdown with CJ Stroud and the red-hot Texans.
Victory for the Steelers means Rodgers is back in the playoffs for the first time since 2021 after a disappointing final year with the Green Bay Packers and his miserable spell with the New York Jets.
The Steelers went ahead with just 55 seconds left in the fourth quarter when Rodgers found receiver Calvin Austin with a delicious pass for a touchdown.
But Steelers kicker Chris Boswell then missed the extra point, meaning the Ravens needed just a field goal to advance to the playoffs.
Lamar Jackson put them in great position with time running out after an outrageous throw to Isaiah Likely for a 28-yard gain.
But Loop made a complete mess of his game-winning field goal from 44 yards. The rookie’s kick never had a chance, sailing well to the right of the goalposts.
