Former bodybuilder, action star and Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger is celebrating the amazing transformative weight loss of a Barstool Sports personality.
Frank Fleming, better known as ‘Frank the Tank’ in the sports blog’s community, has been working to cut his weight after previously clocking in at over 500 pounds.
Fleming has turned his daily weight loss routine of going on walks into an interview series with celebrities and sports personalities.
Earlier this year, Fleming stepped on the scale and realized he weighed under the 300 pound mark.
On Friday, Schwarzenegger posted to social media about lessons learned in the gym when one of his followers asked if he heard of Fleming’s weight loss journey.
‘I have now,’ the ‘Terminator’ star replied. ‘Tell him thank you for inspiring everyone, including me, and showing exactly what I’m talking about when I say you have to show up every day.’

Content creator Matthew Piper Jenks then posted a video of a FaceTime call he had with Fleming where he says that hearing of Schwarzenegger’s kind words was ‘awe-inspiring’.
‘I’ve always loved Arnold’s movies… I’ve lost so much weight, and I’d love to be able to do a walk with him and discuss my weight loss with him,’ Fleming said.
The interaction with Schwarzenegger led to many suggesting that the iconic actor make his way to the East Coast to do a walk with him.
‘Go for a walk with Frank! We need this content,’ one fan posted to X.
Another user posted, ‘Meet the man, Arnold.’
‘You should go for a walk with him, Arnold,’ posted college basketball insider account Curry Hicks Sage.
In addition to his weight loss walks, Fleming has gone viral for his rambling and off-the-rails rants about his favorite sports teams – especially the New York Mets.
A rant of his about NJ Transit delaying him from reaching Mets Opening Day in 2016 put him on the radar of Dave Portnoy, who later hired him to the company.
