France’s prime minister has resigned after less than one month in the role.
Sebastien Lecornu resigned hours after his cabinet was revealed, having met with president Emmanuel Macron on Monday.
The Elysee Palace announced that Macron has accepted Lecornu’s resignation.
Lecornu was appointed prime minister less than a month ago, following the collapse of the previous government.
