The longtime Saints signal caller first jokes that Bradshaw may have to be on because he invited him to join him at prestigious horse-racing event, The Breeder’s Cup.
Then Brees listed Joe Montana, Tom Brady, and Doug Flutie as other members of his elite foursome.
As Bradshaw started to chime in and give his take at the best to ever play quarterback, Thompson stops him and motions that Fox needed to take a commercial break.
The camera then pans away from the on-air talent, with Bradshaw stating, ‘I finally get to talk football and you go to break!’ before the screen faded to black.

Thompson had her arm around Bradshaw when she called for the commercial, likely being told to wrap up by a Fox producer and not intentionally cutting off her colleague.
Bradshaw, 77, is on the short list for the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history, alongside Brees, while still behind a few that are considered some of the best at any position ever, including Montana, Brady, and Peyton Manning.
The Steelers legend is a four-time Super Bowl winner and a two-time MVP of the Super Bowl who was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1989.
Although he is known by most football fans under 50 as primarily a Fox Sports analyst, Breeds had not forgotten how good Bradshaw was under center.
Bradshaw has shown no signs of slowing down from his broadcasting career, which began while he was still an active player in 1980.
