Chris Eubank Jr will make a “statement” in his rematch with Conor Benn, according to his cousin, Harlem Eubank.
Eubank Jr edged past Benn on points in a thrilling first meeting back in April, and the pair are set to square off once more on November 15, live on DAZN.
Ahead of the rematch, Eubank Jr has reunited with highly rated trainer, Brian ‘Momac’ McIntyre. Eubank Jr and McIntyre, who also coaches Terence Crawford, have worked together before, when Eubank Jr exacted revenge on Liam Smith in their September 2023 rematch.
Harlem, who is also a professional boxer, watched Eubank Jr prepare for that fight and liked what he saw. He believes his cousin linking back up with McIntyre will only benefit him and lead to a dominant performance in November.

“I think we see exactly what influence he can have in the Liam Smith, second fight,” Harlem told Boxing News when discussing the return of McIntyre.
“I was training with him out in Vegas as he was preparing for that fight… I saw a training setup that had everything covered.
“It was great to see him preparing like that and then to watch in the fight how that played out. I think we saw everything we need to see.
“This time round, with Chris back in that setup, I think he’s going to go out there and really make a statement. Conor doesn’t know what he’s in for this time around.”
Eubank Jr produced a disciplined performance to methodically break Smith down in their rematch two years ago after losing their first fight by knockout eight months earlier.

With McIntyre in his corner, Eubank Jr knocked Smith down twice on his way to a 10th-round stoppage victory.
But he has admitted he ignored his corner’s instructions in his first fight with Benn in favour of a gruelling toe-to-toe battle.
McIntyre is likely to want his fighter to stick to the gameplan better this time to give Eubank Jr the best chance of pulling off a repeat win.
