Stunning LPGA star Charley Hull swapped the fairways for Windsor Castle as she attended the opulent banquet for Donald Trump’s state visit to the United Kingdom on Wednesday.
The US President, 79, and First Lady Melania were joined by his daughter Tiffany Trump and her business executive husband, Michael Boulos, as they were hosted by King Charles and Queen Camilla at a glittering state banquet.
And British golfer Hull, who recently won the Kroger Queen City Championship, and golfing legend Sir Nick Faldo were among the 160 guests in attendance at Windsor Castle.
Fresh off her victory at the weekend, Hull, who went viral for smoking during competitions, shared a glamorous photo of herself to Instagram, cutting an elegant figure on a gold halter neck gown.
She complimented the exquisite dress with classic diamond stud earrings and wore her platinum blonde tresses in an intricate up-do.
The 29-year-old, who hails from Kettering, England, has previously delivered ringing endorsements of Trump, even calling for him to be elected as Prime Minister of the UK.

‘I love Trump,’ said Hull, who has gained notoriety for smoking cigarettes during tournaments, last year. ‘I think he’s brilliant.’
‘I like how he just says things, he doesn’t care what people think and he’s straight to the point.
‘I wish he was head of the UK. I just like him as a person. He’s a little better than our Prime Minister.’
The quote was later included in a Fox News post that the Commander-in-Chief happily shared on Truth Social.
The World No 10 also performed the ‘Trump dance’ – the step-less, arm-jerking movements made famous by the president during last year’s election campaign – during last November’s The Annika tournament on the LPGA Tour.
Hull has long-been tipped as a future star of the golfing world, playing in several amateur tournaments during her early teens and being a part of the European team that won the Solheim Cup in 2023.
She competed in the Curtis Cup – the amateur version of the Solheim Cup – when she was just 16, while she turned professional before her 17th birthday.
Meanwhile, Faldo, a six-time major winner, was also in attendance at Wednesday’s lavish affair with his wife Lindsay De Marco, who dazzled in a heavily embellished dove-gray gown.

Faldo was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 1988 and was later made a Knight Bachelor in the 2009 Birthday Honors for his services to golf. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle.

In a warm and witty speech the King welcomed the Trumps to Windsor Castle, highlighting the two countries’ ‘unparalleled partnership’.
But it also struck a serious tone, as the 76-year-old monarch spoke of ‘tyranny once again’ threatening Europe.
Trump nodded along as Charles turned to the American leader and said: ‘We and our allies stand together in support of Ukraine, to deter aggression and secure peace.’
Charles said: ‘This unique and important occasion reflects the enduring bond between our two great nations. Anchored by the deep friendship between our people, this relationship which, with good reason, we are our predecessors have long called ‘special’, has made us safer and stronger through the generations.
‘Our people have fought and died together for the values we hold dear… we have celebrated together, mourned together and stood together in the best and worst of times.’

Since winning his second term, Trump has won a number of fans among athletes, with other sports stars, such as American UFC star Jon Jones and USMNT footballer Christian Pulisic also performing his now-famous shimmy dance during competitions.
Fellow golf star Bryson DeChambeau also had Trump on his YouTube channel and joined him on stage at his victory rally.
Trump has been a long-time supporter of the LPGA and has hosted tour events on his courses, including the 2017 US Women’s Open at his course in Bedminster, New Jersey. In early 2021, however, the LPGA canceled a scheduled 2022 event on a Trump course following the January 6 riot at the US Capitol.
‘He was such a huge fan of the LPGA and of golf in general,’ American golfer Natalie Gulbis told The New York Times in 2017.
Gulbis has known Trump since she qualified for her first ADT Championship in 2005 and told the Times he’s counselled her on sponsorship deals and fighting for equal pay with the PGA Tour.
‘These were constant conversations that I saw him have not just with me, but with lots of people in our organization,’ Gulbis said.
