- Sharks forward came clean about on-field incidents
Footy star Toby Rudolf has revealed the health reason that resulted in the prop pooing his pants during two NRL games this season.
It followed the Sharks front-rower being outed by teammate Blayke Brailey when he spoke to speaking to NRL great turned Triple M radio star Aaron Woods ahead of the NRL finals this week.
Rudolf confirmed the dire outcome in a separate interview on Triple M’s Breakfast show with Beau, Cat and Woodsy.
‘It was (actually) the second week in a row, it also happened against the Dragons,’ Rudolf said.
‘I was on antibiotics and they didn’t make my gut feel good. I’m not a perfect human being… things happen.’
Earlier this week, Brailey told Woods about Rudolf’s unfortunate on-field episode against the Gold Coast.

Rudolf, 29, is certainly a unique individual. In July of 2022, the front-rower declared he is heterosexual – but is ‘open to both genders’
‘It was the Titans game, in the first 10 minutes,’ the skipper said. ‘He pooped his pants.’
Woods was visibly stunned as Brailey confirmed Rudolf then played the rest of the game.

In July 2022, the front-rower declared he is heterosexual – but is ‘open to both genders.’
‘Sexuality is very fluid. I’ve been out and kissed many gay men, kissed many straight women and kissed many gay women,’ he said at the time.
‘I’m not a one-stop shop. Love is love, and I love to share it with everyone.
‘You could say I’m open to both genders, but only attracted to one of them.’
Rudolf courted controversy in 2021 when he said he would celebrate a Sharks win by having ‘1000 beers’ before going to a local nightclub to ‘try and pull something – anything will do’.

This weekend Rudolf has been named to start for Cronulla against the Roosters in an elimination final at Shark Park
A reported serial dater, Rudolf also enjoyed a steamy night with a ‘hot mum’ a couple of years ago after agreeing to a date set up by 2DAY FM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin breakfast show.
The NRL star spent the evening with a listener named Kelly, where the pair had a relaxing time at a Sydney Recovery Centre which consisted of a sauna session, followed by an ice bath.
It proved to be a successful date, with the pair continuing their time together after the radio show’s producers left the venue.
‘It was lots of fun. There was actually a lot of good banter,’ Kelly later confirmed on air.
