Collections scheduled for week of 25 August will be one day later
There will be minimal changes to Cheltenham’s waste and recycling collections following the late summer bank holiday on Monday 25 August.
Collections will take place one day later than usual with crews working on Saturday 30 August to complete the catch-up. Normal collections will begin again on Monday 1 September.
In some areas refuse and recycling collections take place as early as 7am and residents are asked to present their bins, boxes, bags and caddies at the kerbside by 7am.
Don’t forget, residents can recycle a huge variety of materials at the kerbside, such as glass, plastic bottles and containers, paper, cardboard, batteries, coffee pods, textiles, silver foil, and small electrical appliances.
