NFL legend Marshawn Lynch has gone viral after stiff-arming a Seattle Seahawks player while working as a photographer during their preseason game.
The 39-year-old was spotted – in full photographer gear – on the sidelines as his former team took on the Las Vegas Raiders at Lumen Field on Thursday afternoon.
The two-time All-Pro running back had his camera at the ready, wore an official NFL vest and had all the credentials as he snapped pictures from the day.
However, things nearly ended in disaster when Seahawks star George Holani almost backed up into Lynch as he scored a touchdown on the day.
Lynch took matters into his own hands and – in order to protect his camera – threw out an elbow to prevent the running back from breaking his equipment.
Holani appeared to take little note of Lynch’s shove and swiftly jogged back onto the field, while Lynch took his spot back on the sidelines.

The reasons as to why Lynch took on the role as a credentialed photographer remains unclear – but fans on the internet were all for it after seeing the viral clip.
Meanwhile, there were plenty of pictures of Lynch working alongside the Seahawks’ longtime photographer Rod Mar on the day.
Lynch follows in the footsteps of former Seattle Mariners stars Ken Griffey Jr. and Randy Johnson by making the transition into photographer after retiring.
It remains to be seen whether Lynch will be back on the sidelines for the Seahawks’ next preseason game against the Chiefs on August 15th.
Elsewhere on the day, Raiders rookie Ashton Jeanty endured a debut to forget as he struggled to find form in the game against the Seahawks.
The highly-rated 21-year-old, who was spotted viewing a beautiful $12.5million Las Vegas mansion earlier this week, managed just three carries for -1 yard against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field.

And football fans didn’t hesitate to rip the rookie for his underwhelming performance with many already writing him off before the start of the NFL season.
‘I have more rushing yards than Ashton Jeanty in the NFL preseason,’ one fan account joked on X, as a second echoed: ‘YOU have more rushing yards in the NFL than Ashton Jeanty.’
Jeanty had arrived in Sin City as a highly-anticipated prospect, signing a four-year deal worth $35.9 million with the franchise – which included a stunning signing bonus worth just under $22.75 million.
There was a lot of expectations for Jeanty after his impressive displays for Boise State saw him come runner-up in the Heisman Trophy last year.
