Circular 009/2022 Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022

The circular has been updated to describe how police driver training is delivered in England, Wales and Scotland according to the training provider rather than by geography, and to reflect changes to the College of Policing Driver Training Curriculum.

Text updated to reflect the fact that a new statutory instrument, the Road Traffic Act 1988 (Police Driving Prescribed Training) Regulations 2023, has been laid.
