Explore agri-tech opportunities in Australia

Delivered by Innovate UK, in partnership with Farmers2Founders (F2F) and AgriFood Futures, this Global Incubator Programme (GIP) provides an opportunity for UK-based companies to expand and exploit collaborative innovation and growth opportunities in the Australian market.

The programme is aimed at businesses working on technology solutions suitable for all sectors, with priority given to grains, horticulture, red meat and livestock (beef, sheep, goats), dairy, viticulture and aquaculture.

Challenge areas include (but not limited to)

  • sustainability and climate resilience
  • water utilisation
  • soil health
  • land management
  • labour efficiency
  • animal welfare and pain management
  • product quality
  • waste and emission reduction

Examples of technologies and solutions of interest include robotics, automation, AI and sensor tech, optimising soil fertility and management, increasing farm productivity, regenerative and climate smart agricultural systems, biologics, by-product and waste stream valorisation.

Participants will benefit from workshops, mentoring, and networking events, with two visits to Australia built into the programme.

Applications close on 30 June 2025.

Potential applicants can join an online briefing on 19 June 2025 for more information.
