The Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) Enterprise Hub is seeking applications for The Shott Scale Up Accelerator, a year-long program designed for leaders of fast-growing engineering and technology businesses.
The accelerator places the personal development of senior leaders at the heart of its activities, with opportunities for peer learning in cohorts dedicated to deep tech SMEs.
What does the programme offer?
Part-funded by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, the accelerator offers a unique package of support, including
Growth training
Up to 36 hours of scaling fundamentals with a cohort of tech leaders.
Coaching
One-to-one sessions with a leadership coach for 1.5 hours every month, over six months.
Mentoring
One-to-one monthly mentoring with a mentor drawn from a network of the UK’s leading engineers in industry.
Training grant
Up to £10,000 to take your choice in leadership training offered anywhere in the world.
The package of support also includes lifetime access to the RAEng’s co-working spaces in London and Belfast, and a lifetime membership of the Enterprise Hub’s exclusive events, connections and mentoring opportunities.
Who is the programme for?
RAEng is looking for
- The individual Founders and C-suite level in UK-based SMEs
- The company Engineering and Deeptech SMEs that have raised (in equity and grants) £1 million, have turnover in the last year of at least £1 million or meet this criteria through a combination of both.
