Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Mathis Amougou from St-Etienne ahead of tonight’s transfer deadline.
The Blues have been looking to boost their midfield options, and the deal will be worth over £10million.
The 19-year-old has played for France at Under-18 level and is set to join Chelsea today.
Chelsea have been enquiring over a number of young midfielders over the past week.
