The Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF) has launched the AI and Digital Hub, offering businesses a unique chance to access free, informal advice on regulatory requirements for artificial intelligence (AI) and digital products.
If you’re unsure about which regulations apply to your product, service, or business model, the Hub provides a one-stop-shop for guidance from four key regulators
- Competition and Markets Authority
- Ofcom
- Information Commissioner’s Office
- Financial Conduct Authority
This 12-month pilot aims to help businesses bring innovative products to market responsibly, efficiently, and with confidence. The advice is informal, tailored, and designed to save time and money.
The Hub is open to businesses with cross-regulatory queries that
- involve AI or digital technology
- offer innovative solutions
- deliver benefits to consumers, businesses, or the UK economy
- cover the remit of at least two regulators
