Four people have been held on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was stabbed in a street.
The man, aged in his 40s, was injured in what officers described as an “isolated incident” on Alexander Street in Tyldesley, Wigan, at about 08:50 GMT on Friday, Greater Manchester Police said.
He was taken to hospital with wounds that were serious but not life-threatening, the force added.
A 17-year-old girl, a 19-year-old woman and two men in their 20s have all been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
