Tom Brady is in Dallas for his weekly NFL assignment with Fox, and the legendary quarterback enjoyed a night out on Wednesday at the Knicks-Mavericks game.
Brady, who will call the Giants-Cowboys Thanksgiving game on Thursday, was seen sitting courtside and chatting to Mavs coach Jason Kidd.
The pair was seen shaking hands with Jalen Brunson at the free throw line, with Brady smiling throughout the short interaction.
‘Two great passers,’ one broadcaster said of the conversation.
Brady’s Giants-Cowboys assignment will kickoff at 4:30ET.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner is in his first year as Fox’s lead NFL analyst, and the company’s chiefs have reportedly identified one area of improvement for him in particular.

According to John Ourand’s ‘The Varsity’ newsletter for Puck, the powers-that-be at the network want the 47-year-old to incorporate more commentary on what he’s seeing on the field, and less about intangibles.
Fox invested a lot of money into Brady – namely a 10-year, $375million deal which he signed while he was still playing.
Nonetheless, executives are said to be confident that Brady can continue to improve in the booth.
Brady has received mixed reviews on his on-air performance after being heavily slated for his debut.
He’s also received blowback following his official approval as a minority owner of the Raiders last month, which prohibits him from attending team meetings and practices (of other franchises) like most broadcasters are allowed to.
He’s also not allowed to criticize NFL officials or other clubs while in the booth.
Nonetheless, Brady has fined-tuned some of the gaps of silence and lagging responses on air and showed progress since the start of the season.
