Nick Bosa said Wednesday that a potential fine from the NFL would be ‘well worth it’ after he wore a MAGA hat during a postgame interview.
Bosa, who pointed to the hat as he crashed his teammates’ interview following a win over the Cowboys, told reporters that he has yet to receive any punishment from the league.
However, it’s clear he won’t have any regrets over his move if that changes following Donald Trump’s election win.
‘If it comes, it comes,’ he said of a potential fine.
The NFL has a rule that prohibits players from displaying or wearing political messages.

However, CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones previously reported that the league would not be suspending Bosa over his MAGA hat.
He added that a decision would not be made until later this week, following the presidential election on Tuesday.
Bosa and millions of others got their wish on Tuesday as Trump comfortably defeated Vice President Harris.
The president re-elect currently leads the popular vote by 4.8million votes (Nevada and Arizona have yet to be called), and captured significant swing states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Bosa has been an outspoken supporter of Trump in the past, as he tweeted messages of support for him before he was drafted by the 49ers in 2019.
Following Trump’s re-election into office, he said election night was ‘fun’ and that he stayed up to watch the proceedings.
The 49ers (4-4) will take on the Buccaneers this Sunday.
