- Three WWE stars have been released from their contracts with the company
- The trio are reportedly set to be the only releases in the current round of cuts
WWE have reportedly released three stars on the eve of their Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.
According to a report from Fightful Select, Baron Corbin, Indi Hartwell and Tegan Nox are all set to leave the company after being released from their contracts.
Corbin was reportedly informed that his contract with WWE would not be renewed, with the trio said to be the only departures in the current round of cuts.
A former amaetur boxer and American Football player, Corbin first debuted in WWE’s development system in NXT back in 2012 after being cut by the Arizona Cardinals.
At WrestleMania 32 Corbin was handed his main roster debut, and made an immediate splash, winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royale before appearing on the Raw brand.

In 2017 he won the Money in the Bank ladder match at the namesake pay per view to earn a world title shot and later unsuccessfully cashed in his opportunity against then-WWE champion Jinder Mahal.
Corbin would go on to earn a host of accolades including the United States title and being crowned King of the Ring in 2019.
The 40-year-old most recently competed on the SmackDown brand in a tag-team with Apollo Crews.
Meanwhile Merthyr Tydfil-born Nox spent several years with WWE, after earning a contract in 2017 after competing on various shows across Europe.
Hartwell spent four years with WWE, and captured the NXT Women’s title in 2023 before being drafted to Raw.
